For Our 55th Anniversary Season:
Round-A-Bout Trail June 16th–22nd, 2024 2024 REGISTRATION FEES (same as last year!): • $495.00 Adult per person 19 years of age and older. • $395.00 Teen per person between 13 and 18 years of age. • $325.00 Child per person 12 years of age and younger. • $195.00 Toddlers per person 3 years of age and younger. • A 10% DISCOUNT IS GIVEN TO A GROUP OF THREE OR MORE INDIVIDUALS. THIS DISCOUNT AVAILABLE THROUGH MARCH 31st ONLY. NOW EXTENDED TO APRIL 30TH! TO QUALIFY FOR A GROUP (REGISTRATIONS OF 3 OR MORE), INDIVIDUALS MUST RETURN COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORM(S) AND REQUIRED FEES TOGETHER IN SAME ENVELOPE POSTMARKED BY APRIL 3OTH, OR ENTER 3 OR MORE REGISTRANTS TOGETHER VIA OUR ONLINE SHOPPING CART AND USE THE COUPON CODE SHOWN IN THE REGISTRATION DURING CHECKOUT. . • Hay fee per saddle horse is included with the riders registration. • Membership (does not grant voting privileges) $2.00 per person and $5.00 per family. Membership is already included in registration fees. Allows non- wagon train riders to support Fort Seward, Inc. and to receive priority membership mailings. • Daily rates available, please inquire. Fort Seward, Inc. reserves the right to close registrations once available spaces are filled, and if circumstances require it, to cancel the wagon train at any time. Please Note: **When Registrations are open, acceptance will be on first come, first serve basis, by earliest Post Office postmark or time of receipt of web site registration. At that time, you can register on line with Visa, MasterCard or PayPal payment. **Registrations for wagon seating may close after the 120th wagon seat reservation is received. We are now allowing the payment option of 30% down to reserve wagon seating, with remaining balance due on or before June 1st, for those who wish to use this option. We also allow a “10% Group Discount” up to March 31st, if participants register together with 3 or more persons (1 must be an adult). Please look for the discount code in our shopping cart Registration Listings. • REGISTER ON-LINE -- “Stripe” is our credit card company, and we also accept “PayPal” for payment. Both accept most major credit cards. Be sure to read the “Release Agreement” on this page. • REGISTRATION FORM MAIL-IN -- Download Registration Form in Printable PDF or Fillable Microsoft Doc, and Print the 2 page registration form to mail-in.
